DROWNING continues to be a real problem in the Canaries, figures depicting it as Spain’s second-worst region. Plus one. This afternoon, there was another death, believed to be a drowning accident on Playa de Fanabe. The rescue services worked for over an hour to revive the patient but to no avail. R.I.P.
