Spanish Tax Compliance and Offshore Legal Entities

I recently discovered that anyone owning an offshore structure (IBC and corporate bank account) who moves to Italy and becomes resident for personal income tax basically hands over their company to Italian tax jurisdiction.

Does anyone here know what the situation is in Spain (i.e. Tenerife) for those owning an offshore business and paying themselves a local salary which is declared, or can anyone recommend a competent tax attorney?
