Long Term Rental Required 6+ Months

My partner & I are moving to Tenerife at the end of May and we are looking for a house in the south of the Island. We are a professional couple who will be continuing with our business that we currently run in the UK in Tenerife. Due to this we will need a property that can have a phone line and broadband set up if this is not already available. We are looking for a minimum of 2 bedrooms with a small garden/outside area. We have a small very well behaved dog that will be coming with us so would need a property that accepts a pet. We are currently renting in the UK and can provide references from our current landlord. I know we have a few months to get something arranged but if there are any landlords that have properties coming available towards the end of may that are available for 6 months + then please get in touch.
