Help with UCAS wbesite concerning finance

Hiya. Our son would like to study in the Uk and he has done all his schooling here on the island. He has a British passport. When filling in the UCAS website who do we have to go to to finance his studies will it be an International loan or a loan from the British gov. Thanks for any help....
