Shipping a motorbike to Tenerife. What paperwork do I need to sort out?

Hi, we are moving to Tenerife in a few months and understand that to bring a registered motorbike from the UK I need. Passport, v5 docs and an NIE and empedremento?? Not sure what the empedremento is?

Can I get NIE's before moving otherwise bike going to be stuck in UK until we get there and get numbers.

Any advice? X

I think you can drive for 6 months but then have to change plates, pay reg fees etc

Just need to get it there? Anybody got NIE numbers before relocating for import purposes etc?

are you intending to import it yourself or via a transport company?
