During the early hours of this morning the southbound side of Av. Juan Carlos 1 in Los Cris ( right next to the Sunday Market ) was closed so that parking bays could be measured & painted white. Tonight the exercise will be repeated on the northbound side.
OK fair enough because parking along this road is a pantomime at the best of times & a nightmare on Sunday & Tuesday market days.
However very soon after the painters had gone, private cars were parking straddling 2 or more bays & well over the new lines. What will happen when the large vans arrive tonight is anyones guess.
So what is the point of going to all this trouble if it is catch as catch can again ??
