In the current offer by Carrefour they have sewing machine for 95€, the offer is valid till 20/07/2016.

I am affraid though you would have to pick it up from Carrefour in Meridiano (Santa Cruz de Tenerife). Also would be good idea to give them a call prior to purchase.

Other than that and what has already been mentioned media markt also sells some and if you want to get it cheap look on second hand sites, you can buy good one for 50-60€.
