Tanking Slurry

Hi, any builders out there who know whether tanking slurry can be purchased in Tenerife. I've tried every option I can think of to get some over from the UK and drawn a blank!
I have a very damp room as it's effectively below ground and I need to seal it from the inside.
Advice much appreciated
