Urgent Advice Needed Please

Hello,

I am new to this site and I do hope someone out there can help.

My granddad who lives in Tenerife has died, and his family lives in the UK.

He was in hospital and the doctor called and passed the message over the phone.

We are now are at a bit of a loss of what we need to do next?

We have been told that cremations quickly....

Can anyone please tell us what the process is now?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Yes cremations happen very quickly here, is there anyone that lives here that know him who could help?
someone from the Family really needs to come I would think
