Where? south or north? in the south it may be difficult to find a good one. In the north and English speaking is also difficult. Marcos Cabrera is good (but also expensive) www.marcoscabrera.es (also has office in Santa Cruz)

Marcos Cabera is very good we use him at his Los Cristianos office (I agree expensive but you get what you pay for and he is excellent) He speaks perfect English and so do all his staff.
