Aguamansa Springs and trout?

Almost every time we are in Tenerife we take our visitors up to Vilaflor, Teide, Izana and down to Puerto for lunch. We usually stop for coffee at the large, rural and interesting café on the right opposite an enclosed area called Aguamansa. It seems that there are footpaths through and maybe some pools or mountain springs. I THINK there are trout pools too. Has anyone been there? Is it open to the public? Can you buy fresh trout? Are there views and is it a long walk to wherever?
If anyone has been and has photos or information I would be very interested. Thank you.
