Now when we come over we always enjoy it. Who on here has got the best recipe. I normally put ginger beer in mine.

We always buy the Don Simon in a 1.5 litre bottle, think we paid €1.39. We usually add a sliced orange, Apple & banana.

A barman friend gave us a recipe many years ago and we still enjoy :

Bottle red wine ..decent quality
Measure of Cointreau, measure of brandy, measure of banana liqueur ......we use an egg cup measure
Top up with Fanta orange ,fresh fruit to taste cut up....Apple, banana, orange
Add ice and enjoy !

I don't drink but I have tasted it in a party of a friend so many years back. Sangria is a common beverage in Spain, right? It is a red wine with chopped fruits. The taste is actually good.
