Moving from UK to Tenerife -

Myself and my partner have made a huge decision to move to Tenerife with our two children who are 4 and 2. We are aiming to move in the next 4-6 months. Any advice would be much appreciated and anyone know any good agents in the Costa Adeje area for long term rentals.

Welcome Nicole .. are you aware of the requirements to have Private Health Insurance and min. 5,000 euros per person (not sure if that includes children too) in the bank before you can get "Residency" (and that's before Brexit changes which we don't know yet).

On rentals, it is normally hard to tie down any landlord this far in advance.

Just Google static homes in Tenerife and you will find a few sites.

I can highly recommend Tenerife Island Rentals! We gave our details to a number of agents in an attempt to find our ideal property and Colette at TIR was the only individual to contact us with details of a property that fully matched our requirements!
