We are looking to rent a 3 bed property long term. Not too fussy of area but we do particularly like
chayofa, Callao Salvaje, Llano del Camello but open to other places.
We are a mature, non smoking couple with no small children or pets.
Our current lease ends August so need to move 1st september

Yes, I know. Hoping the more places I post the more people will see it and more chances of finding something

You could try Easy Living Tenerife. They are based in Playa San Juan and although the website is sales only, they do long term rentals as they found me a perfect apartment. If you ring, ask for Philip Dean as he is British.

Apologies eltel. Have you tried walking around the areas you are considering, as a lot of private owners just place an advert in their windows.

14 pages of them right here. (http://www.idealista.com/alquiler-viviendas/santa-cruz-de-tenerife/tenerife/con-pisos,chalets,de-tres-dormitorios,de-cuatro-cinco-habitaciones-o-mas,un-bano,dos-banos,tres-banos-o-mas/?ordenado-por=precio-asc)
Google should translate for you. You can also filter your search by area at the top of the page.

Have been round a few places and found adverts but there just seems to be a shortage of 3 bed properties
