Please can somebody tell me what times of the year does the sunset between La Gomera and La Palma. We generally come in June when it sets over La Palma thereby never seen it go down over the horizon. The owner of Fishermans Inn tells me it moves to the left as the months go by.

Of course it depends on where you are, where the apparent sunset point happens to be.
Up here in the central North, the sunset point is well to the right of La Palma this time of year.

But it's been a bit cloudy in the evenings lately, so the sunsets haven't been much to see some days.
