Amarilla Golf

Thinking of buying a detached villa in La Quinta area of Amarilla Golf. Does anyone know of any reason for not buying there apart from aeroplane noise ?
Are there any planning applications or consents which might affect our plans ?

Personally, if I lived in La Caleta I wouldn,t move to Amarilla. For me Amarilla is a bit out on a limb whereas La Caleta is so near to many amentities.
