Mysterious constructions

A huge construction seems to be taking place next to El Cordero (The Lamb Restaurant) near Oreotanda Baja.
Another is happening between the Dorada warehouse and 5 Oceanos (Las Chafiras). Does anyone know what these are?
Is there an update on the possible continuation of building work opposite the Aberdeen Steakhouse on GDS?
Will the new building on Amarilla Golf cause problems for the surrounding inhabitants e.g. block their view?
Is there an update on El Barranco, Amarilla Golf?
Is the Cultural centre in Las Galletas abandoned?

It is great to see the building starting up again but I wish there were notices to tell us what is happening.

If its the one Im thinking of it's been going on/up for ages, thought it was going to be a petrol station - but who knows ! Looked over from the road running alongside the TF1 the other day and still cant think of anything else it can be.
