any info on the best place to buy one and get it installed or is leroy merlin the best option? If you have one, are they any good?

Doesn't the EU charge you a tax for using solar panels? Being that its an unfair advantage against people that don't have them?

The water heating system is allowed. Its the solar PV (electric) that are taxed, not by the EU, but by Spain
