It will depend where you live. Our local guy has control of the water for a few days every month, you have to sort of ask him politely and cajole him to give you water as soon as he can spare it. He usually promises it in two weeks but sometimes can take more like six, some people up the road have fallen out with him and do not get his water.....ever. My tank is 7m x 7m x 2.5m and takes about 5 hours to fill (130m3). He charges now e30 per hour. You need to ask your neighbor who your guy is.
