Hello!
We are a group of 3 moving to Tenerife in the end of this summer. We have been looking for an appartment for a few months now but have found nothing.
We have tried to contact with many appartments (for example in idealista.com, facebook forums, remax) but almost 95% of them don't even answer. We have tried contacting in english and in spanish.
We have our NIE numbers and 1 of us owns a small business which she can manage in Tenerife. I personally think that there is nothing wrong with us :D but why don't people answer to our request?
Mabye someone has some ideas how to approach the appartment owners so we could have a little home there (when we find a good place then we'll probably sign a year-long lease)?
