Hi all,
Me my wife and our two little shihtzu's are looking for accommodation to rent for 6 months sometime in October, (flexible with timing) in the south preferably but any area considered.
If anyone has any ideas or advice it would be most welcome. Ta

not sure if you speak any Spanish but this site is very useful. I live in Playa San Juan but you can change the location to see other areas too. https://www.milanuncios.com/alquiler-de-pisos-en-playa-de-san-juan-tenerife/

do you know whether the prices quoted are per month?

For the ones in Playa San Juan they should be per month although I don't know why one is €330 as that is unusually low. In this village, you will normally pay between €450-650 per month for a 2 bed apartment on a long let. Some include water and electric, others don't. I know that Los Cristianos and Las Americas are much more expensive.

Hi, 330 one says water & eletric not included.... also says few neigbours so quiet.... There are 2 sets of laws regarding letting. One set for locals ( hard on the landlords ) & one for tourists & non residents (easy on the landlords) so also 2 rates of rents
