Teaching assistants/ Teachers agencies

Myself and my partner both work in education here in the UK. I am finding it extremely difficult to get the answers I am looking for. Things Like teachers pay/working hours. The same for teaching assistants, do UK training certificates hold their credit in Spain. Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

Unless you are fluent in Spanish you will be very unlikely yo get a job over here in the state system, irrespective of qualifiations There are a few British schools here but very rare to get vacancies in these.
