Urgent help required RE medication

Hi folks, I am currently in tenerife but i have forgotten to take my meds. I take tramadol for my arthritis and I was just wondering if it is possible to buy them from pharmacies in spain? As you can probably understand I'm in quite a flap at the moment and I'm not sure what to do! Would rather be able to find somewhere over here where I can get them rather than having to fly home early.
