Wanted - Builder, property maintenance person

Hi there,

we have a townhouse in Tijoco Bajo that we want to carry out improvements upon. We want the following:
internal door supplying & fitting
Internal window supplying & fitting
Velux roof light supplying & fitting
2x doors cutting out on roof terrace & louvre/ventilated type doors fitting
Relocate water tank within the above
Various cracks in the e ternary rendering filling
Various other Minot works.

Any advice, guidance is greatly appreciated.
