Booked to go to Tenerife on 31st of January for a week we have never been before is it still busy that time of year?

Depends what you mean by busy - still plenty of tourists, bars open with plenty of entertainment. and decent weather ,probably busier than previous years due to issues elsewhere.
Northern & Scandinavian countries in depth of winter whilst people here in shorts &T-shirts during day - whatīs not to like !
