UK Cert of Residence

Hey guys

Wondering if anyone out there have the experience and knowledge dealing with paying tax for your rental income using Modelo 210.

Modelo 210 asks to attach UK Cert. of Residence - I read somewhere that the P60 is also OK. As I am self-employed and don't have a P60, can I attach my Tax Return doc (SA302) from previous year or equivalent?

Our Spanish accountant sorts all that out. Haven't you got one. If not best you do because it's a minefield and the Spanish love paperwork.

Don't know the answer to your Q, but obtaining a cert of residence is quite straight fwd. good luck
