As an apartment owner, I am concerned about the implications that may be presented by Brexit in the future. What do other owners think?

I think we should wait until we have some facts rather than have more hysterical mumbo jumbo that has littered this forum in recent months.

As tfs1 has said we should all wait until our elected poloticions have sorted out what's happening and then respond accordingly, we are all concerned for our future, but, don't be too pessimistic and....... https://youtu.be/d-diB65scQU

Yes, of course. Where can I find the "hysterical mumbo jumbo" please and is there anything of merit in any of it?

I bought on the Island before Spain joined the Common Market as it used to be called. So I'm not bothered.
The British are not the only non Europeans buying on the island.

The relationship between Spain/Canaries is very strong. Couple that with the fact that a lot of ex-pats are wealthy retirees, why would anyone want to cause a problem. I am in the latter stages of planning my retirement to Tenerife, I spoke to a tax advisor on the island two weeks ago to see what I need to do prior to moving. People like me will be net contributors to the local economy, why would anyone want to upset that equation? Ignore what a few crusty German and French MEPs are saying, Spain want and need British money.

We are net contributors to lots of countries, however this is about worries over Tenerife. Isn't there some sort of support group in Tenerife which says they love the British?
