Private health/dental care options

Hi,

I am interested in a private health/dental care options, do any of the Spanish insurance companies have English websites? I would like to avoid agents, as I am generally distrustful of agents, no offense! If not a website, maybe some of the insurance companies have offices where one could sign up for a plan? I am open to suggestions!
