Balcony (with view of the sea, la Gomera, Adeje mountains, and some old Canarian buildings). 2nd FL, no lift. Smoking only on balcony. Modern open kitchen. Next to bus stops with many regular buses, shops, many cafe/restaurants with inexpensive delicious food for local price. Fiberoptic super-fast limitless internet and wifi. Wide screen TV. Four major chain supermarkets with free home delivery in Adeje. All bills (electricity, water, internet, community fees, council fees, rubbish collection fees) on me.
Tenants: No pets, max 2 persons (a sporadic guest can sleep on the comfy sofa for a short visit), min age 30 y/o, not suitable for young children, smoking only on the balcony.
