Heat-stroke boy airlifted

AN eight-year-old boy was airlifted from the Masca barranco on Saturday afternoon, after emergency services were told that the intense heat was causing him health issues. The child was airlifted to Adeje Fire Brigade’s helipad, where paramedics treated him for heat-stroke, before transferring him to the South Hospital for further medical care.
