Hi my ITV is due in a couple of weeks and I notice that the little booklet that they stick a little sticker with the date on etc is full so there will be no room on the card. Does the itv station issue a new booklet or do I have to obtain in advance from town hall? or whereever. Many thanks

I think your best bet is ask at the test centre.
Should imagine they would provide another page leaf.
