2/3 bed house or flat in Guia de Isora

We are a family of four (two little girls, 8 and 10 years), plus our little old dog, and two cats.

We're looking for a long term rental, starting October 2017, in the municipality of Guia de Isora, or the Guia side of Adeje (Callao Salvaje, Los Menores, Taucho etc).

We need: at least two large bedrooms (preferably three), an outside area - terrace or garden (preferably with a view of sea or mountains), a garage or parking place.

Budget negociable, but hopefully around €700 a month.

Obviously must accept animals.

Any help appreciated. If anyone living in these areas happens to spot an "alquiler" sign in a window, please let us know. We speak Spanish, so we can easily call for more info.

Milanuncios.com has a 3 bed 2 bath in Playa San Juan . I don't know about views or outside space though.

We are long term renters in Playa San Juan and love it here. The estate agent we used found us the perfect apartment and hopefully we will stay here for many years to come

Which estate agent did you use? Santel?

Easy Living Tenerife. One of the owners is English, the other Spanish. The website only shows property for sale I think but if you call and ask to speak with Philip ( or Ricardo if you want to talk in Spanish), they might have something or be able to source something for you

Hi. Just to let you know... we've just found a house in Taucho
A little bit out of the way, but fits all our needs, and plenty of outside for the animals.
Thanks for all your help. By the way, the owner of the flat in Playa San Juan was swamped with calls this morning.
