Smoothies
Well you see the averts on TV all the time for smoothies and the
machines.
So i thought ill give it a try.
We have a Kenwood machine with a glass soup-mixer on top so i
used this and it worked perfectly.
Recipe i tried ; 2 small manga , half a papaya , some leftover
strawberries , 1 banana all mixed with some homemade yogurt.
I had nearly 1 liter as I made it for the whole family.
I liked it but ms Poker and son not , to healthy probably.
So I put the rest in the fridge and had it later at noon and rest this
morning.
I liked my experiment and with all the local exotic fruits we have
here will try again and experiment , maybe the next smoothie the
family will like . lol
Now do you smoothie sometimes?
And have any good tips / recipes ?
