During the past week, Tenerife has been the location of the Starmus Festival with talks given by many legends of manned spaceflight e.g.
Buzz Aldrin (Apollo 11)
Bill Anders (Apollo 8)
Jim Lovell (Apollo 13)
Charlie Duke (Apollo 16)
Alexei Leonov (Voshkod 2)
& other Russian cosmonauts
Today (Friday 24 June 2011), the conference finished in the Magma Centre and included an appearance by Neil Armstrong, what can I say........
