Recommend a cleaner (for house/apartment)

Now the summer holidays are upon us and our house is full of dust from some painting/building works that we hope to finish in the next week we need to line up a cleaning company that actually does a thorough job - not interested in shiney adverts etc. , but reality.

Who would you recommend 1. for large villa/house, 2. for apartments
