Christ Almighty Shug, you really "just cant get enough". Every time you "walk away", you walk right back in again. (I think you like it). Wheter 5 or 50,000 show up, its defiance, its unsustainable. And i think the new players wages are too?(Unless Charlie is gonna run up another Murray-esque bill and go into admin aaaaaagain!) Talk of new investors again may help (Ex Newcastle, Shepherd.). QUESTION: If Newco win the next three titles through divisions, and some cups, will you follow folllow again?

The press report 38,126, Shug says 45,000, Chic Young says "at least " 50,000 - if it was Celtic Shug would say we were fiddling the turnstile - who to believe ?
As far as the illegal contract situation goes , RTC blog today outlines the Gavin Rae case of his second contract , 1 of apparently 83 ! This make Murray (a knight of the realm) a liar without a leg to stand on , no wonder Joanna Lumley knocked him back !
http://rangerstaxcase.wordpress.com/
As you say Boomerang Shug -Man Up and pay your debts !
Sean, the beauty of The Ramsden Pawnbroker´s Cup is that ,if they win it, their name will be on it forever to remind them of which division they were in and why - a bit like the mark of Cain , you can Laser out some of your 5 stars but your name will be on the Ramsden Cup forever !

Helsingborgs for obvious reasons, I was following the Kerrydalestreet thread all night, and watching the game online (times REALLY have changed.) Still banana skins as per usual to negociate, but Lennon does seem astute away from home. Ties are 22/23 for 1st round, will accept SPL draws until its upon us. Hail Hail, Lennon, i am with you all the way .(serious chat this week of him getting punted if we lost tonight). Now, to the tune of Achy Breachy Heart (worst song of the nineties);

DONT SELL McCOURT,PADDY McCOURT, I JUST DONT THINK YOU UNDERSTAND;
IF YOU SELL McCOURT, PADDY McCOURT, YOUR GONNA HAVE A RIOT ON YOUR HANDS.

Imagine if the Green Brigade were around when we sold .....PIERRE/ DI CANNIO/ KING KENNY/ ............ETC ETC. Roof would be torn off!

junglejim

No chance of Lennon getting punted Sean , if you read KDS you´ll see the frustration at not bringing in new players having punted a few and reduced the wage bill. We are definitely being cautious with finances (Strachan´s prime job for Lawwel ) and likely to lose Ki which will release some money I hope .
Murphy has done little to impress ,Bangura makes Sammy look like Messi , Hooper looks lost on his own at moment and we need a central defender to provider experience and cover having lost Dan & Glenda. Izzy has lost a bit of pace but with Ledly and Mulgrew on that side he has time to recover , I would have been happy to see Kayal on from star tbut with that referee last night he wouldn´t have lasted the game !
Victor was unlucky but has to learn tackling from behind , no matter how clean ,isn´t allowed in European games-even Sammy has stopped his sliding tackles.
Domestically Pirlo McCourt will survive but he´s not enough for Euros but hopefully some of the young bucks coming through will establish themselves as regulars .
Now for Friday´s draw !

Does article this remind you of anyone Sean?

Most of the poster's on other sites are saying it is a good draw...so I'll agree with them:laugh:
I know **** all about them apart from the King used to play for them.
Regarding the Madrid game...throw on a few youngsters against them,we don't want to pick up any injuries in a meaningless game with the prospect of C.L football so close.

There is not a easy draw in CL Play off. I don´t know anything about the swedish league tbh.
With performances like the two vs Helsinki, Celtic have a good chance to make it to the CL
group stage. I´m sure they can show these performances again. Hail Hail!

I´ve never seen the Sunday Ranger give 3 pages to 3rd Divison before , Keevins and Traynor after their bans from Celtic Park must be struggling for copy !
Why don´t you start your own Junior Larkhall thread Shug ? You and Isle can have a competition , only his team have won the big cup before!

Hi Caribe, chances not converted , allowed County to bully us first part of game ,penalty claim was shocker imo!
Lustig looked suspect at back and Wilson not much better -County played hard and looked well up for it,we seemed to be well off pace today.
Need to be sharper on Tuesday for CL qualifier ,we will miss Victor but hopefully Kayal will be fit (and stay on park!)

Wanted an early away goal. Prayed for one . Goat wan..........then it got more nervy than ever. We are better when we press, standing off, wing backs not attacking, leaves us out of sorts. Still, an away win in Europe. .......Nice. BUT, job still to do, hoping for a place in THAT draw , away to a German or Spanish( Belgian or French at a push) side is our holiday plan if we qualify, cruise put on hold. Hail Hail. Yeah it got a bit nervy after the goal Sean.
The midfield never imposed themselves enough after the goal either imo.
We have played better in Europe and got stuffed and listened to all the hard luck stories afterwards...that's football.
I cannot see us losing against them at Paradise so it looks like CL football for us.
Did you hear the commentators slaberring on about Rangers every other second...fair play to wee Gordon he tried to stay out of it but Dixon and Southgate never shut up about them.

Celtic's defence will have to improve 1000% for them to stand any chance in the CL they were very lucky last night, against better opposition they will loose a lot of goals. Overall the game from a neutrals point was very very poor in fact I changed over during 2nd half it was that dull & boring ( just my humble opinion )

junglejim
22-08-2012, 11:04
Great result ! But as Caribe says we´ve played better and lost ,so nice to get a bit of luck for a change-though towards end of game we should have scored 2 more goals .
First half was our usual nightmare in defense but much better in 2nd half , Victor, next week ,will help stiffen up midfield and take some pressure off back four .
Get some boys out on Saturday for ICT and get the big team sorted for next Wednesday´s cruncher.

I think you'll find Commons,Kayal,Ledley out through injury at weekend - Victor and Pirlo McCourt and Lustig to show up and hopefully Forrest .
Had another look at game today and they definitely had good chances ,but so did we 2nd half -need to clear defense more constructively, Forrest was a good out for us and Sammy the same on other side .
Great opportunity to qualify next week !

had only two other games with Udinese in the good old uefa Cup 2008. Dortmund vs Celtic. Its Mission Impossible. Malaga, Cluj and Limassol have to overcome their opponents.

Ledley & Kayal to be out for several weeks ! We're just about to let Ki go ! Sod's law-2 games into league and we´re looking to re-organise midfield with a half-fit Brown ,Wanyama,Mc Court and Lustig - time topush up some fringe guys !

25-08-2012, 00:16
I got involved in a battle on the Huddleb.... a few days ago exactly on this subject. It was interesting to read the poor esteem which a lot had had for Ki. Personally, I feel that with the amount of players on the books there should be sufficient cover but possibly in a poorer sense. Kayal has not turned up this season, so far so no problem there. Ledley, without reaching the dizzy heights of last season, always comes out Mr. Reliability so he,ll definitely be missed for the upcoming home tie. Brown is becoming more of a problem each season with his injuries. The point is however is that he gives it all he has so would be missed. Paddy is Paddy. How do you know if you,ve missed him? Wanyama does more talking OFF the park than on it and needs to concentrate more. And then there was Lustig. Seems a nice lad!

I think you´ll be well rocked by team today Timmy,I don´t know if it was a joke or psychology, but Lennon suggesting Bangura for a start today must rate as the biggest whoosh in a while !
We have sufficient cover to put out a decent team against ICT and perhaps get a result- Blackman ,Lustig,Wilson are all available and a couple of the young bucks .
A draw or a win today would be a bonus , as I said a few posts back , our priority is to get into CL group this time -the league is a long term issue as is getting people like Kayal & Brown 100% fit .

Team announced!
Celtic team to face Inverness Caledonian Thistle: Forster; Lustig, Wilson, Mulgrew, Izaguirre; Matthews, Wanyama, F. Twardzik, McCourt; Hooper, Watt
Subs: Zaluska, Irvine, McGregor, Bangura, Forrest, Slane, Chalmers. Kick-off 12.45 Celtic Park time

- - - - - - - - - - merged double post - - - - - - - - - -

Surprisingly easy result today with excellent all round play -Watt & Wanyama stand outs . Losing two late goals sloppy having switched off at 4-0 with 10mins.to go .
I thought the ref Collum was poor in allowing too many rash tackles and could havesent 1 or2 Caley players off !
On to Weds.now with hopefully a decent team and a couple of young bucks on bench to get a run out !
Bangura ?? Pfffft!

Don´t agree Timmy ,he has his main team and formation sorted (subject to injury) -it will be Hooper, with Sammy on left , Forrest and Commons
Brown ,Wanyama and possibly Matthews and Lustig as on Saturday -Watt & Twardzik will be on bench with Pirlo McCourt .
We don´t need to score but we shouldn´t be giving goals away,so no heroics -Helsingborgs are a decent football playing team that sliced us up at times last week - focus is required at back and accurate passing out,not the mindless punting out we did last week !
I´m confident that we can complete the job as long as everyone plays to their best .

Can´t agree Sean ,McFadden is a no-no for me ,we have several young players knocking on door who can be given a chance over next 2 seasons to develop .
Our Qualification for Champions League will soften the downturn, the important issue is what is afoot with re-construction of SPL/SFL .
We are likely to lose Wanyama next year (but for a handsome profit ) so we need to pull some of our youngsters through -we can still grab Russell at Christmas .
In : Miku, forward (Getafe, loan); Lubos Kamenar, goalkeeper (Nantes, loan); Efe Ambrose, defender (Ashdod, undisclosed); Fraser Forster, goalkeeper (Newcastle United, undisclosed after loan)

Out : Andre Blackman, defender (Inverness Caledonian Thistle, loan); Daryl Murphy, forward (Ipswich Town, loan); Ki Sung-Yeung, midfielder (Swansea City, £6m); Glenn Loovens, defender (Real Zaragoza); Cha Du Ri, defender (Fortuna Dusseldorf); Daniel Majstorovic, defender (AIK); Niall McGinn, midfielder (Aberdeen); Efrain Juarez, midfielder (Club America); Morten Rasmussen, forward (Midtjylland); Lewis Toshney, defender (Dundee, loan); Greig Spence, forward (Raith Rovers); Christian McKenna, forward (Airdrie United); Mark Wilson, defender (Bristol City); James Keatings, forward (Hamilton Academical, loan); Josh Thompson, defender (Portsmouth); Jaison McGrath, forward (Sunderland); Darren O'Dea, defender; Richie Towell, defender; Dominic Cervi, goalkeeper

Although it seems that matters at are not finished in that we are clearly talking to the couple of "frees" still possible to sign I,m not at all unhappy at what this window, indeed the whole month, has produced for Celtic. Shipped one hell of a lot of lower quality players (but still wage earners) and replaced those with infinitely better players (goalie incl.). Looks like we may have sorted the big central defender problem we,ve had for years (i sincerely hope anyway), got a physical front man (scoring against Real Madrid as recently as last week no less!) and a replacement for Cervi who never got into the Celtic thing. As for the free well not too concerned as they will only be bringing experience and as has been seen some of our youngsters don,t seem to be overawed so experience might not be entirely needed (Watt and Forrest to name but two). I hope it does not come back to bite me on the bum but I hope its not Owen! Young Tony would outplay Owen now in any respect.
As for my comment on the last month well, its all been quite dramatic. The books were looking terrible just 3 weeks ago but wages have been slashed, various one off games like Madrid in the States has brought in money, season tickets have been flying out the window, a couple of very near full houses at CP, selling Ki at enormous profit and the little matter of the Champions League involvement, which no-one has really fully quantified to me. Will it generate 12/15/18/or, as I think likely, over 20 million POUNDS STG. I would love Celtic to release an interim report on these transactions and the financial meanings, in layman,s terms. I do know that Celtic deliberately delayed issuing their usual set of a/c,s, because of the way they looked, but will now feel that this can be attended to with an addendum to represent the effects of trading in the month of August alone with provisions made for the Champion League monies.
So, as I said, I am very happy with recent trading (as that is what it is) carried out by Messrs. Lawwell and Lennon and of course very happy where this all leaves Celtic FC. In fact August may well turn out to have generated/created sufficient wealth to carry forward at least one to two years. Tell me of any other professional football club in Europe who can say this!

I had the misfortune to spend my third occasion at Paradiso yesterday (as a neutral observer). My nephew was up from Liverpool for the weekend and wanted to take in an SPL match.
Reluctantly I agreed after ensuring that he was paying for the "privilege."
I was a little worried as he suffers from acute enochlophobia, although I was really relieved that we had the whole of the top tier to ourselves..............

You sure you weren´t at the Bigotdome Shug ?-you could have a pic of 3 empty stands the other day!
46,000 attendance yesterday -that makes over 100,000 in 2 games not bad in a recession,we can´t all have the privilege of paying SFL3 prices for SPL teams!
From what I saw on TV if you had the top Tier to yourself you must have been sitting on the roof!

yes, the league team we tend to play (youths and reserves) are getting a wee bit complacent. Was in Dragon last week looking for you, missed you by ten mins, will be in maybe Monday what time you finish?

Take it you never passed that arithmetic O grade, eh JJ ?
51,000 plus 46,000 has never in my knowledge been in excess of 100,000.
Anyway....enough of your lack of education.

There is a glaringly obvious observation here....and that is... that if you can possibly tear yourself away from your infatuation with a diddy SFL3 club and have a look at your own team's support, being the self proclaimed "Best Fans in The World" and perhaps you may see what is becoming apparent....even this early in the season.

As this season's campaign was beginning I alluded to the fact that perhaps rather than the much trumpeted resurgence in the SPL there could possibly be a decline in general interest.....yes I know the season is young, but the initial signs are not encouraging.

All sorts of excuses have been trotted out......flag day...over 12000 empty seats.....the fans are still on their holidays, kids are back to school etc etc......probably the most important Champions League qualifier in Celtic's history 9000 empty seats..........home game v Hibs 12500 empty seats........it's the recession ! Jesus we've all been going through a recession for the last 5-10 years.
Not this is not just a Celtic problem for this season....the team sitting currently top of the SPL managed a crowd of just over 4000 yesterday.
Could it possibly be that a largish percentage of the Celtic support just do not have the same appetite for the SPL without four "hate fests" against their ancient rivals ? Time will tell on that score.

The Champions League group stages, will I'm sure turn out to be a blessing for the Celtic faithful and the financial management team....and as I said was a magnificent achievement given the circumstances.

Whether a fair percentage of your support take this on board and stop turning their gaze to the South side of the city....and start really getting behind your own side may determine if your club can move forward and prosper in the forthcoming years.

I must say I thought your support were rather flat at the weekend and could not believe some of your fans were actually booing your side after Hibernian equalised !!!!!:redcard:

Oh and Celtic should have won.....but they didn't.

Shug you really area hurting troll! If the best you can come up with is comparing crowd numbers for an argument then you are even worse than George Galloway´s "Windae Licker" tag!
Considering we as a "minority" population in Scotland have a fifth of the population ,then our attendances ain´t that bad .
Considering the degree of cheating and corruption that has been unearthed about your mob in the last year ,I´m surprised anyone attends a game anywhere in Scotland .
Considering your club (that you keep walking away from) are still singing the Billy Boys and the Famine Song and other ditty´s from the same sheet ,why don´t you pay your debts and stop moaning about being victimised - the next couple of weeks at Hampden with lawyers will unravel how corrupt you and the SFA/SPL have been and why football is in dire straits .
Ibrox is a Bigotdome ,that´s why they are attracted to it !
The attendance numbers I quoted came from newspaper reports ,see links-I didn´t see any evidence from you of an empty tier that you stated .
My concern about SFL3 is to watch what further jiggery pokery is going on in Scottish Football - Hampden Cup draw today -what are the chances ?

I do not....repeat do not care about events in the South Side of Glasgow and never will again...it seems that yourself and many like you are intent on keeping the West Of Scotland nonsense well and truly to the fore.
I think you are probably seeing words and thoughts that are not anywhere in my posts.......one mention I think regarding ancient rivalry.,...and you turn it into a "your mob" tirade.

junglejim
18-09-2012, 19:44
Yes , the losses were fully expected to be around 5 million , one of the reasons for dumping 14 of perifery and dead wood earlier .Wages have been trimmed back by about this amount and with the sale of Ki (Wanyama´s still here by the way ) and CL money, next year´s result will look better but we cannot pay mega salaries with 15K going to be max for most players !
We have to qualify next few years for CL and hopefully this will be case as we will shortly only have 1 entrant the way the co-efficient is going !

timmylish
18-09-2012, 22:18
I wrote the following on the 1st of this month as I was led to believe the losses were actually around the 10 mil. mark! Obviously Lawwell slipped in a couple of "add-ons" to bring the amount down! Clever, clever man is oor Peter. Underestimated by many Celtic supporters for years.

"As for my comment on the last month well, its all been quite dramatic.
HAIL.HAIL."
Clearly the next a/c,s will make much better reading especially if we were to progress out of this Group or, at worst, into the lesser cup.

Well it seems you are all still in the pub so I,ll contribute first.
In my honest opinion, given the players available the outcome of last night,s game was as good as could have been expected. I know I,ve commented on the lad recently but I do feel that young Forrest is a bit out of his depth at this level. He must learn that what might be possible (knocking the ball past a full back and beating him to the goal line) in the SPL is unlikely to succeed in Europe. Also getting caught in possession and then falling over hoping to get a free kick is not on either. I personally think he needs time off. I remember young Aiden going thru' similar experiences at CP but coming out the other end better for the break and time on the bench listening to the manager during the games. Anyway, as I,ve written elsewhere, we need to get a couple of away draws to have any chance of progressing or to at least get Thursday night fitba' after New Year! This group of players, if kept to-gether and with the sort of additions recently acquired, would have every chance of becoming a half decent team. But then of course we,ll have to sell one or two to keep the heads above water. A constant evolution while financially sound will leave us disappointed year in year out, such is the SPL!

junglejim
20-09-2012, 09:08
Happy enough with result after our first time back,I think everyone is of same opinion that Forrest had a poor game along with Izzy .
Benfica closed us down quickly last night, limiting our passing ,people hoping that Sammy will be back to make difference!
Great efforts from Broony and Wanyama to fight in middle of park , so happy with result.
As usual Portugue falling over at slightest touch with no help from ref on this, Forster lucky he could have been given a penalty for his challenge .
Spartak next, bring on Aiden !

Was going to stick this on _'the other thread' but naebuddy reads that wan!!:ashamed:

anyhoo,

Every time Motherwell FC played the dead club in years gone by, they capitulated, rolled over, let their tummies be tickled, and gave the now dead club a gift-wrapped win every time.

Big breath! -

Now in 2012, in their first match against Sevco5088 (the new 4 month old and otherwise historyless club that is pretending to be and trying to convince the idiots they still are the same club as the now defunct and dead bigoted blue **** cheek), Motherwell have kept up their tradition of gifting a win to any team that is bigoted, living beyond their means and play in blue.

Motherwell FC – tonight you have shamed scottish football, and given the zombies the opportunity to laugh at you and rest of scottish football, by letting a wee diddy 3rd division team, beat the might of the SPL leaders.

Incompetent Lanarkshire **** Holes!

& I thought it could'nt get any worse.

Since reference has been mad eto the size of the crowd at CP the other evening, which we would all agree was disappointing, to say the least. Excuses? There are many available (Europe costs/choosing which game to go since the choice is many!).
However, what would YOU call a "huge" crowd?
Well, according to the Beeb it seems at any game played at Deathdome 'cause this is an extract from their report of the game involving Murderwell (and I have to say that I would agree with the comments regarding McCalls efforts)

"The huge Ibrox crowd got what it had been waiting for five minutes after the interval." 29,413 being the attendance and that,s not huge to me since of course the game involved a team from the Premier level in Scotland!

Congratulations to the organisers of the CP Halloween Party on Tuesday.
Best outfit prize money went to charity.....too many green plastic seats and invisible men to choose from. Although it was nearly awarded to the tumbleweed, who put in a few appearances.

And here we have it....Motherwell lay down.
The game had no relevance to your own team and you are all at it already.
Dear me.

I did have the misfortune to catch some of the second half and I must say the current team at Ibrox are poor in the extreme (with the exception of a few promising boys) although no worse than the current SPL leaders.
I would expect even the current poor crop at CP to score a hat full against them, should they meet this season or next.

Trying to work out in my head why I should want to post given the nonsense some on here talk.
I have no dislike of Celtic as a team and have admired former players and sides in my years watching football.
It is of course my disdain for a large section of the support.....the most sanctimonious bunch of moaning minnies known to man.

Complaining about crowds & results from a team 3 divisions away.

I can only conclude that some are suffering from some form of delusional parasitosis as another team from Glasgow are certainly gnawing away....STILL.
Otherwise the obsession should have stopped......

A question? Last time your club had a 14000 odd crowd at a competitive home game?

Excuses are wearing thin buoys.

Think you can knock that "Best Fans In The World" b%llocks off now, don't you?

Disinterested maybe.

Wish you all the very best in getting over your obsession.:eyebrows:

Shug,

the type of "football" played there would gie ye the boke.
In general, it was turgid, static, stuff, with plenty of long balls into space
(or at least lumped somewhere up the park) and clumsy first touches with very little ball control -
an approach designed to shield players from their own weaknesses,
such as chronic one-footedness.
No wonder supposedly leading Scottish teams get dumped out of Europe at the first attempt at competing.

Of course the likes of the new-co will come out on top at that kind of game:
they're paid more highly to compete adequately with that kind of rank anti-football.

However, when they get the better of other 3rd-Division sides, they're only winning due to the fitness of their full-time players
- not because they play better.

It's a thought that the standard of football may actually be higher in the 3rd Division than in the SPL,
if the only real difference is fitness.

Good performance against the Murderwell yesterday , don´t know whether it was big Efe ,Broony and Victor ´s efforts that snuffed them out but Forster didn´t have a save .
The only downside was not cashing in on chances made and missing the penalty (not to mention the stonewall one against Hooper that Brines ignored !)
We could have scored a barrowload so hopefully we will carry some of our form into Moscow on Tuesday (5 O´clock kick-off) and get a result .
Some poor results elsewhere with Hearts & Dundee Utd. faltering making our job in long term easier .

As I have been absolutely shocking at football betting in the last year, thought I'd have a look on oddschecker.com for some help.

Spartak Moscow v Celtic

• Celtic were the only team in the Champions League who didn't manage a single shot on target on the opening match day.
Spartak picked up a joint-high five yellow cards on Match Day One.
Spartak scored with both of their shots on target against Barcelona on Match Day One.
Spartak have won just one of the last 14 Champions League home games (W1 D5 L8).
Celtic have won just one of their last 10 Champions League matches (W1 D3 L6).
Excluding qualifiers, Celtic have won none of their last 26 away games in Europe (W0 D6 L20).
Celtic have never had a player sent off in a Champions League match, while Spartak have earned red cards in two of their last three games in the competition.
Celtic have failed to score in five of their last eight Champions League matches.

Looks like a 0-0 draw with a few bookings ?

Benfica v Barcelona

Only PSG (1) and Benfica (0) allowed their opponents fewer shots on target against them than Barcelona (2) on Match Day One.
Benfica haven't beaten a Spainsh side in their last 12 attempts in European competition (W0 D5 L7).
Benfica beat Barcelona in the 1961 European Cup final. Since then they have met twice in the competition with Barca winning both home games and drawing 0-0 on both trips to the Stadium of Light.
Barcelona have won nine and lost none of their last 11 European games against Portuguese teams, the two draws being 0-0 away against Benfica.
Lionel Messi has scored 35 goals in his last 30 Champions League starts.
Barcelona have lost just one of their last 19 Champions League games (W14 D4 L1).
Victor Valdes conceded from the only two shots on target he faced on Match Day One.
Barcelona have lost none of their last 16 Champions League Group Stage matches away from home (W10 D6 L0).
The Catalan side have kept just one clean sheet in their last seven Champions League matches.

Win for Barca ?

FC Nordsjaelland v Chelsea

All three of Nordsjaelland's shots on Match Day One hit the target.
Nordsjaelland picked up a joint-high five yellow cards on Match Day One.
Chelsea have won four and lost none of their six European matches against Danish opposition.
The Blues last meeting with a Danish team came in the 2010-11 Last 16 when they won 2-0 away and secured progress to the next round with a 0-0 draw at home to FC Kobenhavn.
Chelsea have drawn their last three matches in Europe.
Chelsea have only won one of their last seven Champions League away games (W1 D3 L3) since they beat Kobenhavn in February 2011.

Could be a draw?

Cluj v Man U

Cluj blocked a Match Day One high 13 shots from their opponents.
Manchester United committed more fouls than any other team on Match Day One (22), but only Valencia and United were penalised more than Cluj (20 fouls).
Mario Felgueiras made more saves than any other goalkeeper on Match Day One (10).
This is their third Champions League campaign and Cluj have won their opening game on all three occasions, but won no other matches, drawing one and losing four of the remaining five games in their previous two appearances in the Group Stages.
Manchester United have won just two of their last seven matches in Europe (W2 D1 L4).
United have only faced Romanian oppositions once before in Europe, Otelul Galati in last season's Group Stage.
Following a run of one defeat in 25 European games away from home, Man Utd have lost two of the last three.
The Red Devils have kept seven clean sheets in their last nine Champions League away games.

Man U win ?
