Wheelchairs to buy in Tenerife south

I need to buy a medium weight wheelchair with possibly drop down sides asap. Second hand considered but need pointing in the right direction for shops in LC or PlA where I can buy rather than rent. It is mainly for use in the apartment to get my husband from room to room so I would be grateful for any help at all.
