Cabinet for water boiler

Hi! I have an electric water boiler on balcony outside in Chayofa and want to built a cabinet from plastic or aluminum with shutters to prevent the boiler and fittings from weather. Could you recommend a building company? There is an ad of company Aluminumdesign in Island Connections paper. Has anybody used it?
