Movistar are linking us up with a fixed telephone line and 600mbs fiber optic internet package at our new address. What Options are now available to us to obtain live streaming British tv programs. Thankyou

You can buy a "Media Box" such as Fire TV/Firestick or Android Box and load it up yourself with Apps/Kodi using Youtube videos for guide , such as

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOQtBvi8nMc

or you can go to an IPTV supplier who will supply you a preloaded media box which will be a monthly fee .

If you have a Smart TV you do not need a box, I have a reliable IPTV supplier, not based in Tenerife, that I have been using for over a year, only need 2-3MB for a good connection.

That’s sounds interesting Jungle Jim thankyou very much for your help. Would an android box be best because I’m thinking kodi should be good, is there a fee for using this app please? Do we just ask for a Android box at Wortens, I assume that’s ok for fiber optic internet. I’m thinking that this way there will just be a one off fee for the box and we’re done.

Here's some info / most peole get their boxes from Uk or Amazon though I don't know if Amazon.es deliver here

https://www.amazon.es/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?__mk_es_ES=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3 %95%C3%91&url=search-alias%3Damazon-devices&field-keywords=media+box

There are some box suppliers on the Island who I'm sure will be along shortly / Kodi is useful with a "build" added, all the programs are usually updated - learning to add different apps isn't difficult and they are generally easy to use .
Don't think Worten do them but Mediamarkt do.

There's plenty of info on You Tube depending on what you buy .

Yes as long as it has an HDMI slot usually so you just connect box via HDMI cable or if its a Firestick type via USB slot / plenty of videos to explain .
SMART TV's really need to be Android if you want to add Kodi or most Apps - I have a Samsung Smart TV but you can't load Kodi etc directly onto it .
I can load SmartIPTV app and add a list of programmes or pay annually for a list [very extensive list!] usually about 80 quid but it gets quite technical !

Surely with Android the best app is mobdro. It's free and good quality. It even has sky movies (Although they are hidden under channels and not movies)

I have Mobdro but find TVTAP Pro much better as well as Terrarium as Apps , though the latter has been dropped by original supplier but is available for about another year . All are reasonably easy to load onto Android outwith Kodi Platform . A little buffering now and again but they are free !

Snowdrop This may be of use to you - I think Terrarium is dead now .
