Hi All,
We are back in Los Cristianos at the end of July for our annual holiday. Not being one for sitting by the pool all day, i like to take myself off for walks. I always go up the cliffs which over look the harbour (starting point is right down the end where the stoney beach is, past the Arona Gran).
My question is, is it possible to walk upto the higher cliffs that overlook the whole of LC and PDLA ? (i think they have radio or TV aeriels on them). If so, do i just walk up the cliffs mentioned above and head over to the higher ones or is there another route i need to take ?
One other question - is there a website that shows walks/footpaths in the area ?
Many thanks for any help anyone can give

There is a path thats difficult but passable from where the mountain meets the beach. There is a more leisurely walk (passable by 4x4) which starts from the main road passing through Guaza. The turn off is just before the golf course. There are normally herds of goats up there!

Here's a map (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?msid=200146396252530989839.000496d4ea3dc59d303c 9&msa=0&ll=28.050621,-16.69879&spn=0.035602,0.084543) with the route on it.

Scroll down 'til you see "Walk up Montana Guaza", and click on it.

You'll notice it says "Quite a strenuous walk. 2 - 3 hours". I actually got to the top in a little over 40 minutes, but it all depends on your fitness/age.
