There was a man that kind of age acting weird in the bar where my daughter works. I warned her to be wary of him and stayed there until he was gone but I cant call the police if he has done nothing wrong.

If we had a photo, we could report him and maybe help prevent another tragedy.

It says he is living in the San Eugenio area but surely he can get to other places. There was a guy about his age on Monday early evening in Los Cristianos near the kids play park. He was shouting and swearing at no one in particular. He was speaking mainly Spanish ( I think), but most of the time you couldn't understand his ramblings, he threw in the odd F*** in English as well. He was just walking up and down the pavement there and then sat on one of the benches for about an hour continuing his ranting. Again he had not done anything really wrong, just talking to 'himself', what would be done if you reported someone for that? Another one to keep an eye on I think.

The one I am talking about was in Los Cristianos too. He was not being aggressive but was talking to himself and throwing his arms about a bit. He spoke Spanish but was not Spanish

Well the guy I saw there last Monday evening is definately not approachable to ask if his name is Michael Stankowitz, the wanted man so, unless the police provide a picture what are the chances of him being caught or members of the public reporting his whereabouts???
