Confused? When you posted 0n 2nd of June, 2011 the price was 395,000. How is it now reduced to 460,000?. Also originally 15,000 sq m, now 42,000 sq m.
I think an explanation is due? Does seem very odd!

Sorry, yes it does sound odd..... I thought my original post was no longer on here.

We actually have 42,000 sq.m. of land, which we divided so that just 15,000 sq.m. could be purchased with the villa.
So there are 2 prices:
villa + 15,000 sq.m. for 395,000 euros.
villa + 42,000 sq.m. for 520,000 euros. (which has now been reduced to 460,000 euros)

Hope this explains it, I thought the new one would appear as a separate post !

But you were supposed to be returning to the Uk asap in July?, and buying another property straight away? Here we are 10 months down the line? Obviously something changed with your circumstances then. Good luck with the sale.
