View Full Version : Wanted Ballpark Property Valuations

Good evening, sorry if this is in the wrong forum...

I would be very grateful if anyone could help me out please.
I am seeking a ballpark valuation of certain properties in Tenerife that I have part-ownership of but no control or other information at this stage than what I detail below.

I know it is not going to be anywhere near as accurate as an estate agent valuation but I am not able to explore that avenue at present and any valuation is better than nothing at this stage.


The properties are:

56m sq. 1 bedroom apartment at Ocean View, Playa de las Americas (this also has a terrace 12m sq.) Has combined kitchen, breakfast bar and lounge. Separate bathroom.

36m sq. 1 bedroom studio at Ocean View, Playa de las Americas (this also has a terrace 14m sq.) Bedroom is in same area as combined kitchen, breakfast bar and lounge. Separate bathroom.

44.2m sq. garage at Victoria Court 2, Los Cristianos
31m sq. garage at Victoria Court 2, Los Cristianos

Are the garages enclosed. or just parking, £10 & £12 k, last ones i heard sold, a friend has apartments on there, no idea on the apartments

Ring the letting office on site, just ask if any are for sale, i'm sure somebody will come on with the phone number soon,

It's very difficult to give ball park figures these days about anywhere.

In the present property recession prices for a similar apartment can vary as much as 30%

Mine will be in the top 30% then cos I can see boobies by the pool Sir!
