This is an excellent Spanish restaurant with a singing chef. All the food is fresh and on display. No menu as such, Paco the chef will show you the meats and fish and explain all of the dishes and sauces. He will cook everything to your liking right there in the restaurant singing to you at the same time!!. The food is delicious and reasonable prices. Try the Parma ham as a starter. One of the best restaurants in Los Christianos. It’s in the centre near were all of the taxis park, behind the petrol station and near to Barclays Bank. We ate there several times in June 2011.
