How do I check my usage on a Blackberry?

Hi all,

Just got a blackerry 9300.....anyone knows how I can check how many Mb I have used......I am on a contract of 500MB per month.....Also my blackberry
apps world doesn¨t stay logged in for longer than 15 minutes...is that normal?

If the phone doesn't show you the mb usage, there should be an app that does.

On your Blackberry go to options, status. (may be 'device' > then 'device status' on newer models)
You will see your status screen for signal strength, battery charges, memory, etc.
Now there is no field to type in, but just type BUYR and press enter.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.

You should now show three new lines.
Data usage
Voice usage
It Policy: enabled/disabled.

I dont know how you reset it though....
