thanks for that i sometimes like to go for a cheap appartment then all the more to spend on food and drink i hope to meet some of you when i am out in october. The appartment is through owners direct so should be okay just take a chance i think can always book something else when i arrive if its that bad will just have to stop drinking for half a day lol :jumping::jumping:

If the insides ok go for it, just it is a residential complex and has few amenities that most holiday makers could need or require.

How much was it incidentally?

it looks nice inside 3 bedrooms £270 per week it is also fully booked all year so will have to wait and see :jumping:

Added after 2 minutes:

i have paid £1400 for a villa in the gulf del sur in the past really basic and miles away from anywhere at least that appartment is in the middle of lots of things

yeah but when you consider thats the going rate for a 1 bed in the area it makes you wonder.

They will need to start charging more, so they can save for their €18 000 fine for renting on a residential complex
