I dont think they put there summer schedule up until mid winter. i.e Summer 2012 schedule wont be up until Winter 2011/2012. I could be wrong. Am flying with easyjet to Tenerife in 5 weeks, and we booked our flight early this year.

Hi Mark,
Its like all the budget airlines..the sooner you book the cheaper they are...as flights fill the seats become more expensive.Even when they have sales a few months after the initial release they seem never as cheap as when first released. The sales do take a percentage off the asking price but that is relevant to the time the discounted sales commence..so always book as soon as they are available. Some days are cheaper than others but do the 3 week search facility and you can sort out which is most suitable for your travel dates.

If i was you mate i would not rush into flying with easyjet. I paid £170 return with Easyjet (cheapest at the time). However i found flights with Thomas Cook charging £120 return (after i had already booked with Easyjet  ). I think the closer you get to the date the cheaper the flights become, but its just that risk of getting a flight i suppose.

Hi theedge92,

I stand corrected then....and not for the first time! I suppose the other option is to look at Ryanair fares too as they are likely to be cheapest of all....but if you include the add - ons who knows?

Yeah Ryanair is definitely the cheapest by far. I heard some person got a single to Tenerife south for £26. I dont think he had any luggage though. So Ryanair is cheapest by far, its just do you want to be treated like cattle :smack: when flying with them haha.

Hi again...I reckon I've already answered the question because when you look at the three week window it gives you the daily price so you can choose which you want to pay...but basically weekends tend to be more expensive.Just put in any future dates for June this year and it will be obvious which days to cherry pick. It is a bit of a lottery though and no doubt you will have reservations that you could have got it cheaper. The way I look at it is....driving from the likes of Glasgow/Edinburgh to London and return cant be much cheaper in your own car so really we all whinge about it but in comparison its peanuts....(I am aware people struggle to sometimes scrape the fare together) but please don't mention 'The Magic Bus'...someones gonna say ..."Ive done it for a fiver or less". :wall:

I flew with Ryanair from Prestwick a few weeks back and got £53 return without bags which I thought was fantastic, no problems with Ryanair either

I think you will find uncle Mick will open around the Easyjet price there is no incentive for them to go much cheaper, I for one will not pay £600 a flight I am sure many others will say the same:crazy:

Easyjet INFO: Easyjet to go full online check-in from April 2013.

During April they will move away from airport check-in and from 30 April all airport check-in desks will be replaced by Bag Drop desks. So from 30 April, all customers must check in online.

Flights released until 30 September 2016, those waiting for those October halfterm prices will have to wait a little longer

Odd that Ryanair released much (but not all) of their schedule including the October 2016 school halfterm some time ago. We have booked Ryanair flights for the family for 21-29 October 2016 EMA-TFS, cost a packet but at least they are booked.

Thankyou for the correction, yes the actual dates are either up to 3 or 4 September 2016 depending on where you fly from. I assumed as they showed the whole of the September calendar it would show flights for the whole month - clearly not the case.

Agreed.....Easy have one getting back into Manchester at 03:20....:spin:

Who in their right mind would want to use that flight?...And the airline is just asking for trouble. I can just imagine the cheery passengers staggering out of the bar onto the plane. A lot of whom will have been thrown out of their rooms at 10:am and not flying till 11pm.....

I hope they have a rethink before the next release.

From Manchester there is usually the option to fly from early morning to early evening most of the time on various carriers:airplane:

And the same for inbound flights , you can choose to return early in the day or the evening
