Shipping an item with tracking information online

Below is a couple of sentences of an email received.
How do I ship or send an item with tracking online? The cheapest solution preferable.

Also I assume I just have to write ´´Granted ¨´ on the box

Please ship the items listed as "Granted" below back to the seller.

This tracking information is necessary because it confirms that the package
was delivered.

This may not be in the least helpful but I haven't altogether followed your post. Are you trying to return an item bought on line? Are you in Tenerife? Are you trying to send the item somewhere other than Tenerife? Suggest you go to the Correos and ask for the form you need to send the item registered and fill it in (you'll need your NIE) and then ask them to send it. If you're in the UK, then I've no idea! I've returned items to Marks this way and when they received the item back they credited back my card. If this reply strikes you as useless, please expand your question.

You can definitely track items online posted through Correos if you explain you need to be able to do that. In fact their system is far more efficient than the Royal Mail in this respect at least. Since you are sending something within Spain, this should be easy.
