Which form do I need for residencia in Tenerife. EX16 OR EX18?

hi i need to get my first certificate of residency (the green paper) is it the EX16 or EX18 i need, i have my NIE and certificado de empadronamiento etc etc just wasnt sure which form i need to fill in.

I believe it's the EX16 if my memory serves me correctly, but I'm sure someone will be along to confirm :)

You will need a copy of EX16, a photocopy of your passport (and original) and a photograph. In the police station you need to get a payment form from the desk on the right, fill this in with your name, address but leave all of the tick boxes blank, once paid return to the same desk, they give you a number. Mine took under two hours last week.
