Back home from a very hot Malta yesterday teatime after a good flight with sleazyjet. Warmer here than I thought it would be, nice and sunny though a chill on the breeze. Next doors tree is shedding its leaves in my back garden, a sure sign of autumn.

Good morning, I am going to cook a breakfast for the family grilled bacon sausage black pudding and all the other bits......a week of rice and chicken so today is eat what I want day. Then it's up to Santa Cruz with the gang to watch tenerife play football. Tonight we will be having some Mexican chicken wraps with a glass of red. And I do have to say not one for tv but played tennis last night til 11.30 missed x factor so catch up of yesterday's and tonight's X factor.

Absolute thrashing but then again it was expected. Turns out they were 3 divisions above us with 8 of their players playing for the town!...my lad is easy going but a lot of our team left the field a bunch of very sulky 13 year olds...To be honest the manager should have just given them the game and saved the boys a lot of hassle.

Still glorious sunshine here. Could put up with this for another three months or so..lol

Yes, went to Valletta a couple of times, watched the firing of the noon day gun (cannon) from Upper Barracca gardens, great views of Grand Harbour from there. Find the Harbour cruise from Sliema good as well.

I tend to purchase 4pint milk cartons and freeze it, find its a lot cheaper that way and of course it helps to fill the freezer up and keep running costs down

We spent a few hours in Mold. At 3.30 it started to RAIN, then the Heavens opened.

Rivers flowing along the Roads, and wipers not fast enough (on fast).

Warm, so could be worse. around 15 I think.
